Adult Ballet class is offered to men and women at varying levels and ages. This class is for anyone who simply has in interest in learning the fundamentals of this beautiful art form to those who are more experienced and looking to return to ballet. The instructors make it their goal to make the experience in these classes fun and enjoyable in a way that will put both inexperienced and experienced individuals at ease while they develop their skills.
Pilates/ Floor Barre is a new adult class that uses ballet-inspired barre exercises fused with Pilates and resistence work to provide an effective and fun body sculpting workout. Each class is taught by a instructor with extensive experience and training in dance, Pilates, and fitness. No dance experience is required!
Breathe & Body Yoga builds on the integration of breath, movement and mind, this Hatha yoga variation is ideal for those adults looking to strengthen and tone the body, to increase stamina and flexibility, and to promote mental clarity and relaxation. This class is open to all levels of practitioners. All yoga classes are taught by certified yoga instructor, Bonnie Cywinski.
