Adult Ballet & Wellness Classes


 Adult Ballet class is offered to  men and women at varying levels and ages. This class is for anyone who simply has in interest in learning the fundamentals of this beautiful art form to those who are more experienced and looking to return to ballet. The instructors make it their goal to make the experience in these classes fun and enjoyable in a way that will put both inexperienced and experienced individuals at ease while they develop their skills.  Core & Floor  is a unique ballet-inspired class that is a hybrid of Pilates, core strengthening, stretching and floor barre -- ballet movements performed on a mat rather than standing at the barre. Class fuses barre exercises with Pilates and resistance work to provide an effective and fun body sculpting workout. Each class is taught by a instructor with extensive experience and training in dance, Pilates, and fitness. No dance or Pilates experience is required! 


Breath to Body Yoga builds on the integration of breath, movement and mind, this Hatha yoga variation is ideal for those adults looking to strengthen and tone the body, to increase stamina and flexibility, and to promote mental clarity and relaxation.  This class is open to all levels of practitioners. All yoga classes are taught by certified yoga instructor, Bonnie Cywinski.



Energize Class provides gentle stretching, toning and simple dance exercise to help you feel invigorated, strong and focused for the rest of your day! Energize classes will begin in October 2017, so get ready, get pumped and start getting ready for a lunchtime pick-me-up! We promise you won't need another cup of coffee after this class to get you through the rest of the workday!
