When Neglia Conservatory of Ballet moved into their new studios on the top floor of the Tri-Main Center last fall they knew they could finally provide classes for BOTH youth and adults at the same time, making caretakers life simpler, children happier and whole families healthier. We also wanted to ensure we made wellness accessible to EVERYONE!
Yoga, Core & Floor Pilates, Adult Ballet, Express Yoga…we have a variety of classes to suit your needs and fit your budget.
For the rockstar parents of the world who are challenged to find “me time” in their schedule… we offer Express Yoga and Pilates during youth ballet classes so, instead of idling waiting for your dancer to finish up class…you can take a class in a studio down the hall at the same time!

Neglia Ballet offers world-class training for ages 3-adult including ballet, boys class, choreography, yoga, and Core & Floor Pilates. Neglia students benefit from individual attention, state-of-the-art studios, sprung floors and internationally renowned guest teachers and choreographers throughout the year.
For those of you who always wanted to try ballet but thought it was too late, or it’s been so long since you’ve danced you couldn’t possibly put your shoes back on…Adult Ballet will make your day!
Neglia’s Adult Ballet class is most appropriate for beginners to intermediate/ former dancers. Class focuses on PROPERLY learning ballet and dancing short combinations…it’s not a booty barre class, we aim to teach you ballet and if you stick with it you too won’t believe how great you’ll start to feel. You’ll stand straighter, walk prouder, you’ll feel muscles you never knew you had and you’ll start noticing you are more flexible, you’ll stand straighter, walk prouder and everyone will begin to ask you “what are you doing to look so great!” Class is open to both men and women and does not require an annual commitiment, although we notice our students just keep coming back!
