Introducing Barre Fit -- a new class for adults!

In addition to our Monday night adult ballet class, Neglia Conservatory will be adding another brand NEW class for adults . . .

Barre Fit uses the ballet barre, Pilates and yoga exercises for a full-body toning workout that’s also low-impact, safe and lots of fun! Each class includes a thorough warm-up, followed by exercises that target the arms, back, legs, seat and abs, and deep stretching of each muscle group.  Barre Fit is NOT a traditional ballet class but replicates many of the physical benefits of ballet in a way that’s low-impact, efficient and fun!

Take heart in the fact that no dance background or existing skills are required. Come as you are and leave feeling stronger, leaner and more fit every week. Each class is taught by a certified instructor with a background in ballet, Pilates, and exercise science to ensure that your workout is both safe and effective.


Barre Fit will meet Wednesdays from 7:00 – 8:00 am beginning September 16th. We promise that it’s worth getting out of bed for. Pair this class with Adult Ballet on Monday nights from 7:00 – 8:30 pm to get the most out of your time at the barre.
